Csilla Thackray has been an esteemed chef in Pittsburgh kitchens for over a decade. From The Vandal, to Legume Bistro, to Churchview Farm and beyond, she has had the honor of helming some of the most defining kitchens and projects in the city. Her newest endeavor is the one closest to her heart. Raised by her Hungarian grandmother Csilla (her namesake), Thackray was brought up on incredible tales of her family’s triumphs and struggles, all over an abundant dinner table. Thackray is overjoyed to bring her Austrian and Hungarian heritage to the table at Titusz as its Chef/Owner.
